English: Volumes of the public domain Allgemeine Deutsche Biographie (1875-1912). The books on the picture have been reprinted without modification between 1967-1973. The text therein is in the public domain, as are the book titles. The design of the cover does not surpass the minimum requirements to be copyrightable (Schöpfungshöhe), as they merely represent a work of craftsmanship, and are not a work of artistic expression as required by law to be copyrightable. |
