Natural Order Gesetze Gottes Naturgesetze Positives Recht

In philosophy, the natural order is the moral source from which natural law seeks to derive its authority. Natural order encompasses the natural relations of beings to one another in the absence of law, which natural law attempts to reinforce. In contrast, divine law seeks authority from [[]], and positive law seeks authority from government.

Divine law is any body of law that is perceived as deriving from a transcendent source, such as the will of God or gods – in contrast to man-made law or to secular law. According to Angelos Chaniotis and Rudolph F. Peters, divine laws are typically perceived as superior to man-made laws,[1][2] sometimes due to an assumption that their source has resources beyond human knowledge and human reason.[3] Believers in divine laws might accord them greater authority than other laws,[4][5][2] for example by assuming that divine law cannot be changed by human authorities.[2]

Natural law[1] (Latin: ius naturale, lex naturalis) is a system of law based on a close observation of human nature, and based on values intrinsic to human nature that can be deduced and applied independent of positive law (the enacted laws of a state or society).[2] According to natural law theory, all people have inherent rights, conferred not by act of legislation but by "God, nature, or reason."[3] Natural law theory can also refer to "theories of ethics, theories of politics, theories of civil law, and theories of religious morality."[4]

Positive laws (Latin: ius positum) are human-made laws that oblige or specify an action. Positive law also describes the establishment of specific rights for an individual or group. Etymologically, the name derives from the verb to posit.

The concept of positive law is distinct from "natural law", which comprises inherent rights, conferred not by act of legislation but by "God, nature, or reason."[1] Positive law is also described as the law that applies at a certain time (present or past) and at a certain place, consisting of statutory law, and case law as far as it is binding. More specifically, positive law may be characterized as "law actually and specifically enacted or adopted by proper authority for the government of an organized jural society."[2]

The term is used by Hans-Hermann Hoppe in his book, Democracy: The God That Failed: The Economics and Politics of Monarchy, Democracy, and Natural Order, to defend anarcho-capitalism.

The term natural order  is used by Friedrich Hayek in his writings.

The Physiocrats, a group of 18th century Enlightenment French philosophers, had firm faith in the philosophy of natural order. According to them it is an ideal order given to them by God, which allowed human beings to live together in an ideal society. The natural laws are the expression of the will of God. Thus, men did not come together via a somewhat arbitrary "social contract". Rather, they had to discover the laws of the natural order that would allow them to live in a society without losing significant freedoms.

Natural order aimed at securing pleasure to the people, and increasing the rights of the people without imposing any restrictions on their liberty. The physiocrats believed that natural order maintained equilibrium in nature. The concept of natural order produced certain important practical results. It implied that only under conditions of freedom, man can enjoy the maximum happiness and derive maximum advantage in economic matters.[1]

bare necessities simple bear necessities.

hello there greetings and salutations on this fine evening.

It's seven degrees outside that's in fahrenheit by the way for all you europeans that don't know what fahrenheit is I love it when people give me celsius I'm like what not literally 99 of americans are like tha like what kilometers what is the united states right we're going to be different

Everything in any religion has taken from something much earlier like everything, um,  there's really a reason why I never discuss religions.

Religions are secularized metaphysics.

By the way there's nothing new underneath the sun as an expert and earliest and I emphasize earliest i.e original buddhism and the term buddhism didn't even exist until the 16th century.

I laugh I laugh enormously and heartily when people assert that buddhism was somehow new or novel or something totally different it's like that other stuff's hinduism which hindu refers to a people, not a religion.

There's no such thing and by the way I've had hundreds of indians like actually clap me in comments and send me emails they go, oh my god thank you he said you're the only american that knows that uh hindu refers to a people and not a religion thing it's a hinduism religion.

That’s not my opinion by the way that's a fact.

So we have this idea and I know a lot of christians that have actually told me various slants on this um that we need to be afraid of god and many baptists especially southern baptist good fear of god it's the most important thing this guy iIve known most of my life he'll actually say the same thing most important I said, you know the most important thing is wisdom you know not argue with them because I have no interest in arguing with someone that is completely unlearnable and he said no most important thing is fear of god I was like yeah that makes a lot of sense makes a lot of sense however if you actually strip it down to what it was originally vis-a-vis vis-a-vis the egyptians and uh the plato specifically the pythagoreans and who knows for the pythagoreans what we're talking about is being afraid of and not actual fear but having concern over you know like something breathing down our neck perpetually you know like you're always aware of it because if you felt hot breath in the back your neck which I was once in a horse stall and I was kind of backed up near one of the horse stalls and quietly a horse came forward and you could feel this really hot breath in the back your neck and I’ll kind of scare the scare that uh scare the heck out of it you can turn around it's like what's breathing down my neck so it's like something breathing down your neck we actually should be and the word fear is not accurate but we could you know be general and say

fear that be should be afraid of natural order if you’re going against natural order you're going to be struck down what is natural order

natural order is harmony and of course someone will say you know kind of like a hippie would say you know harmony with nature even though I don't in any way shape or form I identify with that culture that premise is accurate we have to and look at me I'm not in harmony with nature right now like I have all these tattoos of course a lot of ancient people had tattoos the oldest people ever found on earth like the ice-man you know he was covered in tattoos you know I'm fat out of shape because I'm stuck behind the computer a lot so I'm not doing natural order but everything is struck down that doesn't follow natural order

the pythagoreans called natural order you get that I actually have that tattooed on my knuckles take a long time to actually explain that superficial translation by someone who's not a good translator so that just means harmony and superficially that's true but that’s not what it means

it means that you are going with natural order to do that of course is to be in harmony but that's just a superficial attribute of what you get that actually both means and implies and I'm not interested in having an extremely long discussion about Ygita (Pythag. pentagramm)

but if you go against natural order you will be struck down and there's so many people in this life we use it as form of escape people will drink alcohol they'll do substances um humans of course worship fantasy and escapism because life is suffering and human beings will find a million different ways whatever way is discoverable to escape this world for a short period of time whether it be alcohol or substances or escaping into a fantasy world

these and I don't play games you used to play chess earlier like these people will literally like you know not take a shower for four or five days just playing games and you know their xbox or you know whatever sort of gaming system escapism the worship of money you know i.e materialism which of course is atomism these things that we wish to collect you know what are you going to do you’re going to bury him with you when you die and take him with you to the afterlife and of course having a certain amount of materiality to protect yourself and or your family to survive I mean people build nest eggs to retire on so they're not living in abject poverty when they get older I mean this is understandable that is not the materialism that of course is following natural order you

can have something that doesn't mean you’re worshiping it um but to know and follow natura naturans these are just different languages latin and pali referring to natural order Prakruti, natura, nacharans

the word dhamma comes up but dhamma is just another Pali word for the Prakruti referring to natural order

You say mother nature but that's kind of kooky that's kind of anthropomorphization of natural order um

animals of course live with natural order they must to survive otherwise they can’t procreate and they can't actually pass on their lineage so animals of course do follow natural order but human beings as elevated minds

we and for of course due to our elevated minds which are creative and far more inventive and far more intelligent not far wiser but far more intelligent and inventive

we stray from natural order because our minds that's the negative side you must experience the antinomies by having a mor… and this is the reason why extremely intelligent people whose minds are always off thinking about a million things at once you know they'll do stupid stuff and they'll fall into a pits because they’re literally their heads are always in the clouds you know there's a negative side to everything and the negative side to humanity and of course our our great intellects is that you know we stray from way more than any animal naturally does any conventional animal from a natural order and we of course struggle to make our lives easier but in the struggle to make our lives easier we've made them far more miserable far harder human beings are more miserable now than they have human beings are living longer you know we have air conditioning and tv and microwaves which microwaves are not good for you of course but all these devices like washing machines clothes dryers all this stuff and yet we work our butts off to buy them and we just work ourselves look at me I work seven days a week I’m not digging ditches obviously doing incredibly hard manual labor but you know working seven days a week I’m nearly 50 years old for god's sakes you know Inever have the chance to do anything I want to do you know I'd like to go to my cabin and spend a couple days of course I've been sick as a dog with the coof for the past three weeks and still recovering from that

but human beings don't follow natural order you know we're supposed to be making our lives simpler unless we follow natural order the people that stray the furthest from natural order are the ones that are struck down so this idea of the fear of god

let's replace fear of god which is ridiculous you know there's a there's an old guy sitting up in the clouds we need to worry about him you know throwing a thunderbolt up our uh our bum bum you know that's obviously completely insane and illogical

but we actually take the root of that the original metaphysical philosophical philosophy of the love of wisdom by the way that's all philosophy means you say philosophy today people think of kant and hume and nietzsche and all these other naval gazing you know weasels these western existentialists and those are not philosophers

we take the original root of the fear of god which is to be afraid of and even fear is the wrong word but to have apprehension against ever looming natural order is something that is good you know kind of like that horse is breathing down my neck

just imagine a horse is breathing down your neck 24 7 every day of your life a lot of people block it out they get used to it and they block it out and they forget that they should be afraid of natural order I mean everybody’s gonna you know keel over and croak ultimately

you know anything that's born and it has a beginning in time and has an end in time but having fear of natural order is natural it is rational it is wise so

when you do go against natural order you will be struck down and the more you go against it the faster you'll be struck down not only that there are people that can live extremely

take the super rich for example they can live a very long healthy life and they can totally rebel against natural order yet you see these people they're super rich they're super beautiful they'll get like a dozen facelifts and they're trying to perpetually you know hold back the waters of uh you know the dam that's about to break and they can't do it

so these people with their incredible disdain for natural order we don't see that they’re struck down like oh super rich egomaniac hollywood person died at the age of 99 or whatever and uh you know died wealthy and happy with all his loved ones beside him

these people are so materialistic and so superficial that they're not struck down in this life they're struck down after the breakup between the spirit and matter i.e of this life i.e death so a lot of people will actually have great disdain for people that live the easy life these people that live the easiest life uh nine times out of ten actually 99 times out of a hundred you know they are uh they go against natural order and they're struck down

you don't have to be struck down in this life uh against natural where people say well that's just karma

the term karma just is a reference to cause and effect you're not referring to anything other than action

karma and the belief that you're an agent or karmin „m-i-n“ transliteration karmin, an agent within and of sensor in other words

there's no escape there's just perpetual you know you're constantly rolling the dice you're constantly playing the game there's no escape

these materialists go against natural order by falling for that you know great evil which of course is due to a lack of wisdom

so in short people should be afraid of natural order you know let's rise above this whole you know fear of god thing because I have seen so much insanity there have been so much evil that's been done in the name of god not that I care what anybody believes in I couldn't give a damn so much evil and sickness and filth and horrors that's been done in the name of fear of god

I need to do it because it’s god will whack quack quack quack you know like stick your head in there let's drop the blade and you know this is god's will you know if you fear of god you know if you don't know any history so many people that have anthropomorphized the absolute you know some old dude sitting up in the throne and you're going to be the executioner of the will of god

it doesn't work that way

there's so many billions of people that think it does oh you blasphemed now it’s time to whack your you know do this number like ah like quack quack quack quack

I used my doll somebody sent me as a demonstration aid this is supposed to be …

Einstein by the way which who I don't like you know ah you know I'm gonna you've uh you've sinned against God like ah yeah it's not funny at all there's been so much evil done  throughout the millennia of these silly beliefs of people

this is what happens you know the many countless trillions of evils of belief systems I believe and I believe since you don't believe what I believe that it's time to you know

you know cut your noggin off and stick it up enough but before all of that stuff religion in other words yeah not interested in religion

I don't care what anybody believes in couldn't care less no one ever want to talk about it even though I just got done talking about it for a little bit people should be afraid of natural order

there's a million reasons why people should be and the word it's afraid is not really accurate I could use the greek word but then no one knows what I'm talking about you use the Pali word then no one knows what I’m talking about definitely don't know what I'm talking about but having that apprehension and being wary of natural order is important and it's real and it’s logical and it's wise so anyway have a lovely weekend goodbye.
